Due to our reputation and loyalty many of the vendors offer us special discounts and incentives that we are able to pass on to our clients. EVENT PLANNING

Planning on having some of those fun get-togethers during your time as a bride? Heaven Cynt Wedding and Event Planners can help you create fun and memorable bridal luncheons/dinners, engagement parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding brunches, and much more. Every event is unique in its own right. Please call us for a quote for your next event.

Bachelor and bachelorette Parties starting at $25.00 per person
Corporate/Business Meetings start at $300
Birthdays and other events start at $25.00 per person
All events will be coordinated from start to finish and include all of the following services:
Assist in selecting and booking event location
Assist in selecting and booking Caterer and/or restaurant
Assist with menu creation
Assist with selection of rental items (if needed)
Help with décor planning
Assist with design and wording of invitations
Assist with selecting or creating invitations
Assist with selecting calligrapher OR assist with addressing invitations
Assemble and send invitations (addressing by calligrapher, postage is additional-paid for by client)
Handle RSVPs and keep tally of guests
Create timeline of events
Create a calendar of payments
Fully execute all plans in a timely manner
Unlimited phone call and email exchange
Be actively involved in all aspects of planning, keep in communication with client.
* Note: Exact pricing depends on: Number of guests, Travel Fees May Apply, Location of ceremony & reception, the number of months in advance that services are secured, Weight limits over 30 lbs will require additional staff, 30 Days out Heaven Cynt will determine, according to the clients wishes, the need to bring in additional staff to complete set up according to description given by client. Extra Staff is $50 per person for 3 hours.

That's Entertainment!
Our most comprehensive package is perfect for any bride. Whether out of town or one set on a specific destination. This package is designed for the couple with a large guest list, multiple wedding events, and visions of elaborate decor and design elements. It includes all of our planning services and allows the bride to be as involved as you desire.
Would you like a stress free wedding? Then this plan is for you. Let us handle the stress and all you have to do is show up!

Be Inspired!
This package provides the guidance, advice, and just a little bit of "handholding" for the bride who wants to be involved in the planning. Tell us your ideas and visions and we'll help you bring them into awe inspired reality. If you are a bride that has completed some of the planning or maybe you're just getting started then this package is for you.

For Richer or For Poorer!
Our event design package was created with you in mind, the bride who desires to manage her budget, oversee the contracts, and be a part of the planning. Yet, she desires our expertise in designing and styling her event to develope the overall theme and cohesiveness of the wedding. You've already taken care of the logistics and need some help pulling it all together. We are here to help you choose the colors, decor, and fabulous and fantastic details.

Cocktails and Tablecloths
Where do I begin? This package provides the bride with a 'jumping in point" or helps her tie up the loose ends. You'll be able to move forward with all the right information at your fingertips. This package is specially designed with the bride who doesn't require all of our services but wants to have access to our expertise. We will help you to develope the wedding of your dreams!
